Daily 401(k) Administrator
American Pensions, Inc. has an immediate opening
for an experienced Daily 401(k) Administrator. The
primary responsibilities of the position include the
following:
- Act as dedicated contact for book
of 20-30 Daily Valuation Plans
- Respond to employer inquiries regarding retirement
plan administration, plan document and compliance
issues
- Track and review eligibility and vesting
- Manage daily processing of plan distributions
and payroll information
- Perform compliance testing
Review and reconcile contribution and census
data
- Perform periodic investment allocations
- Prepare contribution calculations
- Prepare quarterly participant statements and
client reports
- Consult with clients regarding plan design
and operation
The ideal candidate will hold a 4-year degree in
Accounting, Business or Finance. A candidate with
substantial relevant experience is also encouraged
to apply. In addition, a successful candidate will
possess exceptional customer service skills and be
well versed on Microsoft office products. Accordingly,
the abilities to work independently and communicate
effectively are a must. A strong knowledge of ERISA
and retirement plan operations is required. Experience
with Relius Administration is a plus.
